Mr. Dale Rycar of CITPC is now an owner and committed member of EFG Solutions Inc, bringing his extensive experience and expertise to an already knowledge-rich organization. Dale's focus on customer service is a perfect fit with Timothy and Stephen's client-centric philosophy.

Dale Rycar joins EFG Solutions as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and is the CTO. The rest of the management team remains the same, with Stephen Graham as President and CIO, and Timothy Frantz as Vice President of Operations and CEO. EFG Solutions Inc. is in its 15th year of operations, providing the best Information Technology services available to small business, not-for-profit, and government organizations in Southern Alberta and across North America, specializing in networks, Internet, database, custom software, and all-around computer support.

Dale Rycar is a Business Solutions Specialist and has been working with Information Systems since 1990. Dale has worked on project designs for Shift Networks, Calgary CO-OP, WiBand Communications, Enmax Envision, Nucleus Information Service, Accumap, Alberta Beef Producers, Volker Stevin Contracting, Color Right Now, Great West Italian Importers and Galvanic Applied Sciences. Dale is currently the Network Manager for several corporations.

Dale Rycar is the founder of CITPC (Canadian Information Technology Professionals Cooperative) and has strong roots within the IT community in Calgary and Lethbridge. As they have always been with EFG Solutions, customer satisfaction, confidentiality and integrity of client information are of the greatest importance to Dale.

Not only will Dale enhance the Lethbridge operations, but now he has a complete support team to provide the highest level of service possible to our many Calgary and area clients, augmenting the great service they have learned to depend on from CITPC.
